Fallout 4 eGuide MAP Zone 9: Neighborhood: The Fens Primary Locations

[9.08] Diamond City Market

This is the most well-known, well-defended settlement in the entire Commonwealth. Located in the remains of Boston’s revered baseball stadium, the city houses several businesses and scores of people in divergent social classes. Every resident shares a common bond; they survived under the shadow of the great green wall—that monument to the ingenuity of humankind and their consummate protector.

Locate this large structure at night by looking for the light emitted from the area. Or during the day, when you’re in the Fens, look for signs with a diamond icon. The giant, square-shaped structure has various barricades patrolled by Diamond City Security. The one to the west has a turret to hack (Advanced). There’s a ruined forecourt to the northwest, which you can’t enter from. To the east is a sleeping area with an armor workbench.

The entrance is to the southwest, guarded by turrets. It has a terminal to hack (Advanced) and a massive metal door. Access Diamond City Market during Main Quest: Jewel of the Commonwealth by talking to Danny the guard.
