Finding and Freeing Nick Valentine
Nick Valentine is your best lead in finding Shaun, but he’s gone missing too. His last known location was Park Street Station, located at the northeast edge of Boston Common.
Once inside Park Street Station, follow the subway tunnels and enter Vault 114. You’ll face the Triggermen throughout, a group of armed thugs who favor submachine guns.
Shortly after entering Vault 114, you discover Nick Valentine is being held in the overseer’s office. The door is locked and by a nearby terminal.
Gain access to the terminal either through hacking (Novice) or taking the password from Dino, the Triggerman guarding this area.
After a brief conversation, Nick will guide your escape from Vault 114.
As you and Nick leave Vault 114, you’re confronted by Skinny Malone, the gang’s boss. He’ll be joined by Darla and their bodyguards.
You’ll leave the way you came in, at which point Nick will return to his office in Diamond City. You can meet him there to continue your search for Shaun and receive your rewards for rescuing Nick.
