This manhole cover leads down a ladder to the interior of Park Street Station (Boston Common Neighborhood), close to the entrance of Vault 114. It is only accessible once you complete the specified quest. It provides a quick access point if you wish to return to explore either location. Consult the Park Street Station location for maps and items you can find throughout the subway and vault.
