Seedy Activities at the Warwick Homestead
This quest is available once you ally yourself with the Institute and complete Main Quest: Institutionalized. Isaac Karlin (visit him in BioScience) has asked you to deliver some genetically modified seeds to Roger Warwick at the homestead that bears his name.
Warwick’s place is on the southeast coast. Heading through South Boston, past Jamaica Plain and through Quincy is the easiest route to take. Find Roger, whisper the passphrase to him, and agree to help.
Locate one of the Warwick clan—Wally, Janey, or June—and quiz them until they mention a man named Cedric Hopton.
Having Your Fill of Cedric and Bill
Cedric Hopton is currently mooching about the Third Rail, a popular watering hole in Goodneighbor. Cedric is a tougher nut to crack and requires one of the following to spill the beans:
- (500 Caps) A bribe
You learn that a settler back at Warwick Homestead named Bill Sutton doesn’t have Roger Warwick’s best interests at heart. When you stroll into the main sleeping quarters of the homestead, you stumble upon a confrontation to de-escalate. You can:
- Calm the situation with words.
- Attack Bill and kill him with fists or guns.
With the situation resolved, relay back to the Institute, inform Isaac Karlin what happened (answering as you wish), and receive the following reward:
