An Internal Dispute
Speak to Grand Zealot Richter after joining the Children of Atom to begin this quest. A former member of the congregation has been desecrating various holy sites, and the Grand Zealot wants you to put a stop to it. High Confessor Tektus has called for her execution, and while Richter isn’t entirely convinced Sister Gwyneth is beyond saving, he expects you to complete the task ahead of you.
If you’re willing to help, speak to Zealot Thiel for more information. Thiel is happy enough to discuss the day Sister Gwyneth left the Nucleus, but she also has some ideas regarding where to begin your search for the heretic. Hear her out, then travel to the marked holy sites on your Pip-Boy’s map.
Sister Gwyneth has left blasphemous messages at Glowing Grove and Radiant Crest Shrine. Collect the Banner Pieces from the heretical sign at each location. Each sign contains two pieces–gather them all to reassemble the banner and reveal its place of origin. Then travel to the marked location to continue your search for Sister Gwyneth.

Campground Banner
It seems that the banner used to make Sister Gwyneth’s heretical messages came from a nearby campground. Travel to the marked location and investigate the remains of Waketak Station. Although most of the site’s cabins have been boarded up, one structure remains open. Head inside, collect the Holotape from the floor, and listen to the recording to determine Sister Gwyneth’s current whereabouts.

ravel to the Ruined Church and head inside to find Sister Gwyneth. You can attack Gwyneth on sight, but speaking with her can yield opportunities for more peaceful solutions. If you’d prefer to avoid bloodshed, you can attempt to persuade Gwyneth to flee the Island or convince her return to the Nucleus and rejoin the Children of Atom. Otherwise, carry out the High Confessor’s orders and kill the heretic where she stands.
Once you’ve decided Sister Gwyneth’s fate, return to the Nucleus and report back to Grand Zealot Richter. No matter how you chose to deal with the heretic, Richter congratulates you on a successful outing and presents you with a unique Super Sledge.
