Once you complete Railroad Quest: Rockets’ Red Glare, speak with PAM: Brotherhood stragglers are a threat to the Railroad, and a surviving patrol has been spotted. Go to the indicated (random) location and defeat the Brotherhood of Steel patrol there.
Exit the area, and report in at Railroad HQ. You receive the following for your troubles. This quest is repeatable.
