3. Talk to Preston Garvey
Ransacking Before Recruitment
A settlement has been discovered that looks great for expansion. Of course, the current occupants need to be removed first. Visit the settlement and clear all threats. Once cleared, you must do the following:
Access the workshop and build the following:
Recruitment Radio Beacon
- Build with: Circuitry (2), Crystal (2), Copper (6),Steel (10), Ceramic (3), Rubber (1)
- Requires: Power (1)
Generator—Small*
- Build with: Gear (2), Steel (4), Rubber (2), Copper (2), Ceramic (1)
- (*Any generator is acceptable.)
Now attach a wire from the beacon to the generator so it is powered. Then return to Preston Garvey.
