Two tenement blocks are separated by a courtyard, where Raiders roam and shout obscenities. Watch for spotlights and turrets. You can climb the fire escape to access the north tenement via the roof or barge in at ground level. The Mass Pike road is to the south, along with the other tenement and a window-washer lift prepped with mines. Ride that up to a second rooftop entry point (inside the ruined rooftop apartment). There’s a steamer trunk and cooking station up here. Inside are five floors of boarded-up apartments overrun by Raiders.
