A Caps Payment, or Bloody Revenge
Head to the settlement requesting assistance and speak to one of the settlers. One of their traders has been kidnapped. You can:
- (Optional) Pay off the ransom and complete the quest.
- Agree to rescue the kidnapped trader.
Visit the indicated enemy stronghold. Wipe out as many foes as you wish—ideally any close to the kidnapped trader. Locate them and bring them out of the stronghold. This quest fails if the trader dies. Assuming the trader survives, return to the settlement with the good news.
