A Lurking Fear
This quest differs slightly from the previous zone-clearing missions, as you have only two main goals: to clear enemies from the exterior and interior of this part of the park. The enemies in question are nukalurks (mirelurk variants). Employ the same tactics as you would when slaying mirelurks. Unlike other quests, individual foes don’t initially appear on your compass, meaning you should start by entering the World of Refreshment via the Nuka-Cola Quantum river, and begin a hunt of all foes along this liquid-filled interior.
As you head farther into this zone, the remaining nukalurks become visible on your map compass, making them easier to find. Continue the hunt, then look for the logo of the Nuka Grape sign on the right, and enter the hole underneath it, fighting nukalurk spawn on the concrete steps. The door up here leads into the next area of the bottling plant.
Move through the control room with the low roof and down the gantry steps, engaging an Assaultron and working your way through the office and lower gantry steps, to additional Assaultron combat. Expect around five or six to kill on these metal steps and the lower bottling conveyor belts and old vats. Gather any Quantum you find if you wish. There’s a Star Core in this vicinity too (for the Main Quest: Star Control mission). Return to the river and check the gantry stairs behind the Nuka-Cola Victory billboards (near the half-hidden, massive Nuka globe) for more nukalurks and a turret.
Up on the Roof
Return to the initial low-ceiling control room atop the concrete steps, and find the long corridor with the blue double doors. Enter the doors to reach the exterior of the bottling plant, and destroy the turret in the pod you’ve arrived at. Then climb the gantry steps to the exterior roof. Kill the Nukalurk King up here, then snipe any further nukalurks in the shallow water around the facility, and on the exterior gantry steps. Use your map compass to guide you.
The exterior roof is a good spot to snipe at the Nukalurk Queen who appears on the grounds of the bottling plant. Slay her, and any of her straggler underlings. Then cross the roof, passing one of the giant Nuka-Cola bottles, drop down to a metal pod office, and slay any further foes, making a final clean-sweep of the area. At this point, you can activate the yellow worker elevator and ride it to the top of the massive red Nuka-Cola bottle, where the flag pole is, and claim this final zone for your chosen gang. The quest then concludes.
