Taking a Bullet for Billy Peabody
While exploring west of Jamaica Plain and south of University Point, you hear a voice coming from a rusty fridge among some junk. Speak to it:
Shoot the door off its hinges and free Billy. Speak to Billy the Ghoul child, answering how you wish.
Agree to take him home, after clearing the area of Mirelurks. Find the Peabody residence south of Quincy ruins in the marsh.
At this point, you’ll be approached by a Gunner named Bullet, who offers to buy Billy.
Or you can refuse. Killing Bullet now avoids a thougher confrontation later.
Enter and speak with Carol and Matt Peabody. Investigate the subsequent commotion. Locate Bullet (and his contingent of three Gunners) and speak to him. You can:
- Agree to sell them, and leave the family to their fate. Speak to Bullet for a reward.
- Agree to sell them, return, and talk to the Peabody family, then agree to rescue Billy and kill Bullet (plus his Gunners).
- Tell Bullet the Ghouls are under your protection, defeat Gunner and his cohorts, and speak to Matt Peabody for a reward.
