Fallout 4 eGuide DLC Vault-Tec Workshop Vault-Tec Workshop Items

Resources

Resource management is the key to a safe and productive settlement. Luckily, Vault-Tec has added some handy new tools to this section of the Workshop menu.

New or Expanded Subcategories:

Resources > Vault

Once you’ve complete the Vault-Tec quest line, this all-new subcategory contains four buildable items. However, the choices you make during the related quests will determine the usefulness and construction costs of each offering. In any case, the items that appear in this section of the Workshop menu can be used to generate power, raise a settlement’s Happiness rating, and provide you with temporary boosts to specific stats.

Resources > Miscellaneous

This subcategory now contains two new items, both of which can be used to alter your appearance. Each of these stations requires an assigned worker to function, but they stand as convenient and cost-effective alternatives to the barbers and surgeons found in larger cities.

It’s also worth noting that barber chairs provide benefits beyond your outward appearance. A functioning barber chair raises a settlement’s Happiness rating, and using one provides a temporary Charisma boost.
