Start this after Radiant Quest: Butcher’s Bill 1. A survivor potentially made it out of the Augusta Safehouse disaster. His name is Blackbird and he was spotted recently. Speak to Doctor Carrington, and head to the indicated drop location, which is in a random location.

The report has some worrying information about Blackbird. Rush to the safehouse, which is randomly located, usually near an enemy stronghold. Defeat as many foes as you wish. Locate Agent Blackbird. Then find the note that Blackbird has, and report back to Doctor Carrington. You receive some armor and Caps for your troubles. This quest is not repeatable.
