This quest becomes available during Main Quest: Where You Belong. After speaking to DiMA, check in with Faraday and offer to help with any tasks. As luck would have it, Faraday is looking for a brave soul to retrieve some lost data drives. The job is likely to be a dangerous one—Acadia already suffered one casualty during an earlier attempt to procure the drives, but Faraday hopes you’re up to the task.

If you’re willing to help, travel to Southwest Harbor and investigate the flaming wreckage near the docks. In addition to Faraday’s data drives, the wrecked boat holds two steamer trunks. The trunk in the cabin is unlocked, but the trunk on the boat’s deck (Victoria’s Trunk) can only be opened with the corresponding key. Collect the available drives, finish your search of the area, and return to Acadia.

Return to Faraday and hand over the recovered drives. It seems Faraday had expected you to return with three data drives, but he’s reluctant to discuss what could have happened to the third drive or where it might be. Finish the conversation to collect your agreed-upon reward and complete the quest.
