The Life of a Heavy Is Never Dull
Randolph Safehouse has been dark since Switchboard fell. Speak to Drummer Boy, and he says the safehouse has left a message at a dead drop. Go to the indicated (random) dead drop location.
Randolph Safehouse Update
Head to the indicated location, and remove all synths until the objective updates.
Exit the area, and report in at Railroad HQ. Desdemona requires you to check in with Drummer Boy from time to time as the situation at Randolph Safehouse is continually accessed. This quest then repeats five more times. On the sixth (and last)
time, you finally meet your contact—Mister Tims—in the flesh and disband the safehouse.
