This offers the same plan as Radiant Quest: Collaring Outside the Lines. Receive this quest from Mason, Nisha, or Mags Black. You are to search for a particular individual and affix a collar to them. Expect to sneak up and clamp on the collar, but if the foe is with other enemies, they should be defeated first (ideally using stealth tactics). You can also use unarmed attacks to beat the target to a prone position, but don’t kill them! Or, speak to the individual, as you may be able to lead them away from the Settlement to a remote location where you can clamp on the collar. With the collar around the target’s neck, return to the quest-giver to collect your reward. The quest then concludes.
