Taking Care of Business
This quest is available once you complete Railroad Radiant Quest: Mercer Safehouse. Mercer’s new Railroad agent, Caretaker, needs to help a tourist so he in turn can help one of your synths escape the Commonwealth. Locate Caretaker. Answer with a Railroad countersign.
Head to the indicated location (an enemy stronghold). In this example, it is Back Street Apparel. Fight your way to the tagged enemy, and slay them. Then return to Caretaker. You receive the following for your troubles. This quest is not repeatable.
