2. (Optional) Pay the ransom
3. Rescue the kidnapped settler from [a location]
4. Report back to the settlers at [the settlement]
5. Talk to Preston Garvey
A Stolen Settler
This quest is also available from owned settlements. Head to the settlement requesting assistance and speak to one of the settlers. One of their ilk has been kidnapped. You can:
- (Optional) Pay off the ransom and complete the quest.
- Agree to rescue the kidnapped settler.
Visit the indicated enemy stronghold. Wipe out as many foes as you wish, ideally any close to the intended kidnapped settler. Locate them, and bring them out of the stronghold. This quest
fails if the kidnap victim dies. Return to the settlement with the good news before reporting back to Preston Garvey.
