Once you complete Railroad Quest: The Nuclear Option, speak with PAM: The Brotherhood still poses a threat to the Railroad.
PAM has spotted a surviving Vertibird that needs to be destroyed. Go to the indicated (random) location. Defeat the Vertibird there (and any other dangers if you wish). Projectile weaponry such as a missile launcher is recommended for this task.
Exit the area, and report in at Railroad HQ. You receive the following for your troubles. This quest is repeatable.
