What Do You Want, a Medal?

This Quest becomes accessible once you’ve visited Nuka-Town USA for the first time and encountered N.I.R.A., a bottle-shaped robot guide to navigating the Theme Park. She recommends you start looking for special park medallions, found in all the main zones of the park. Collect all seven of them, and you can expect a fancy reward.

Medallion #1: Nuka-Galaxy (Galactic Zone)

Once inside the Galactic Zone, head up the ramp and into Nuka-Galaxy, through the entrance turnstile and up the side steps to the left. Head up the stepped corridor, turning right (west) through the opening marked Launch Bay, down the ramp, and turn left (southeast), following the tracks around to the right (southwest), to the next “stop.” Pass the Nuka-Cola gal on the rocket, head up the metal steps to the side of her, and reach the dispenser by a windowed alcove with a model rocket next to it.

Medallion #2: Vault-Tec: Among the Stars (Galactic Zone)

Next, head south to the Vault-Tec: Among the Stars exhibit, clear it out, locate the double exit doors, and head inside. The dispenser is at the end of the tunnel, just right (west) of the exit doors, inside the exit lobby.

Medallion #3: Mad Mulligan’s Minecart Ride (Dry Rock Gulch)

Find this ride inside the Dry Rock Gulch zone, in the northeastern area. Enter the ride, head into the mine tunnels, and just after you exit the hut and waterfall chamber, on the small wooden bridge, drop down to the left. Head into the gift shop to find the dispenser near the main counter and cash register.

Medallion #4: Ferris Wheel (Kiddie Kingdom)

Find the Ferris Wheel in the southwestern corner of Kiddie Kingdom. The dispenser is on the side boardwalk at the base of the ride, between it and a saloon “restroom” structure.

Medallion #5: Nuka Racers (Kiddie Kingdom)

Find this in the northwest corner of Kiddie Kingdom; head to the black metal fencing where folks used to line up for the ride; the dispenser is by one of the stone fence columns.

Medallion #6: The Treehouse (Safari Adventure)

Head to Cappy’s Treehouse inside Safari Adventure, and enter the maze, turning right (east), left (north), right (east), left (north) just before the metal gazebo, left (west), heading diagonally left under the other gazebo, left (south), right (west), right (north), under another gazebo, right (east), under a gazebo at some concrete steps, and onto the bench. Activate it and ride it up into the treehouse where the dispenser is.

Medallion #7: The World of Refreshment

Locate the main exterior entrance to the World of Refreshment, and the dispenser is in the scrub ground and low stone wall by this entrance.

Conclusion: Building Up a Thirst

With all seven Medallions, head back to Nuka-Town USA and speak with N.I.R.A for a bottle each of Nuka-Cola Dark, Grape, and Quantum. The quest then concludes.
