Locate and drop into the Old Gullet Sinkhole. Locate the hat. Return it to Joe Savoldi for your reward.

Find Deb and ask her for a job. Agree to help remove the Feral Ghouls from the National Guard training yard to increase the flow of trade.
Head to the National Guard training yard. Beware of machine-gun turrets and Feral Ghouls. Kill all marked Ghouls until the quest updates. Return to Deb for your reward.
