Fallout 4 eGuide MAP Zone 16: Neighborhood: Theater District

Secondary Locations

[16.01] Hub 360

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Armaments and Ammo: Trunk
  • Danger: Long Drop!
  • Danger: Radiation (Mild)!
  • Faction: Super Mutants
  • Health or Chems
  • Quest Visit: Weathervane (the Railroad)

Access this sprawling Super Mutant camp from the ground or from the remains of the elevated freeway. Beginning at ground level, look for the structure and the rickety platforms stretching across the roads to the two other buildings to the east.

The ground-floor interior consists of a reception and dining area and a mezzanine staircase to a working elevator. Ascend to the next interior area, where you’ll find kitchens and a door to Café Patio. Outside is a balcony offering views and more killing opportunities but no way out (except a long drop).

Back inside, climb the rubble pile and access either the rooftop pool (another greenskin hangout spot and access north to the fallen skybridge, or south to the Mass Bay Medical Center) or the elevator that takes you to the top of this structure. Here you can claim the contents of a steamer trunk and finish off the last mutated giant. There’s a plank here for positioning the device in the specified quest.

Now, can you dive into the pool below?

[16.02] Pearwood Residences

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Danger: Long Drop!
  • Danger: Radiation (Mild)!
  • Faction: Super Mutants
  • Health or Chems

This six-floor high-rise has been thoroughly ransacked, and the floor inside the structure has given way. Take the interior elevator up, and make some nimble drops to each ruined ledge to gather any items you wish. Exit via the top or bottom floor.

The top exit leads to perhaps the least private bathroom in Boston. Use the fire escape to descend or ascend here, just west of the building.

[16.03] The Plank Walk (Theater District)

[16.04] Gunner Encampment (Theater District)

Starting at the fire escape or the Gunner encampment atop a ruined office block near the upper level of the elevated freeway, you can maneuver back and forth from the freeway to ground level using the fallen antenna and various planks to maneuver between rooftops. Gather any Railroad loot along the way (atop the fire escape).

[16.05] Parking Garage (Theater District)

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Crafting: Cooking Station
  • Danger: Long Drop!
  • Faction: Gunners

A section of the monorail has fallen into the roof of this garage. Check the green trailer at ground level (Advanced) near the concrete steps, or use the vehicle ramps to ascend the structure. The penultimate floor offers access south, into the medical center. Or head onto the roof and head south to reach the Mass Bay train station if you wish.

[16.06] Ticker Tape Lounge (Northwest)

[16.07] Ticker Tape Lounge (Southeast)

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Crafting: Chemistry Station
  • Crafting: Cooking Station
  • Danger: Long Drop!
  • Faction: Gunners

Once offering great food and better views, the lounge is comprised of two buildings linked via a small skybridge. Access the northwest structure from the elevated freeway. Access the southeast structure from the roof of the medical center by taking the construction lift down from the crashed Vertibird area. Inside are a couple of two-level lounges to traverse and some ammo and other supplies to covet.

[16.08] Under the On-Ramp: Camp and Garage

You may encounter wandering folk and a chap named Slim around here, but this is usually a good and safe place to tinker or sleep.

[16.09] The On-Ramp (Theater District)

Use this entrance to access the elevated freeway, which you can traverse north into the Financial District and south into Zone 6, close to University Point.

[16.10] Railroad Dead Drop (Theater District)

  • Armaments and Ammo

A small run-down apartment has a roof generator where a thoughtful Railroad agent has placed a duffel bag and ammo crate. Access via the plank connected to the on-ramp.

[16.11] Street Corner (Theater District)

  • Armor Part: Fusion Core

A pair of mannequins around the corner from the fallen Nuka Cola sign stand close to the small Raider camp under the on-ramp. Check the barrel by the dummies for a Fusion Core.

[16.12] Old Sniper Camp

  • Crafting: Cooking Station
  • Faction: Scavenger
  • Faction: Character: Dando

A low-rise structure between the on-ramps provides a stairwell to keep you fit and a view of the Mass Pike to the west. Dando and his dog sometimes live here.
