Secondary Locations

[17.01] Waterfront Park

A small formal gardens on the waterfront, now home to roaming wildlife and a collection of withered skeletons gazing out into the harbor.

[17.02] Custom House Tower Courtyard

A podium and signs of a disagreement in the past. Scrabble around in the rubble for a few helpful items.

[17.03] Warehouse and Wharf

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Crafting: Cooking Station
  • Faction: Super Mutants

Greenskins have taken over the eastern wharf here. They have fashioned a couple of rowboats on a bloody pole and are wallowing in offal. The green tugboat to the south is a good place to snipe from. Enter the warehouse using the door on the south side, and gather some ammo inside.

[17.04] Scavengers’ Rooftops (Waterfront)

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Faction: Raiders
  • Faction: Scavenger

Raiders have a habit of ambushing those below from this small rooftop. Scale the stairs to gather items and collect equipment from the corpses of those you recently slay.

[17.05] Tinkerer’s Boathouse (Waterfront)

A small boathouse still has a number of functioning crafting stations, if you can wade through the irradiated wildlife to get there.

[17.06] Main Boathouse (Waterfront)

  • Faction: Mirelurks

A few scavengable items are still available from this rotting boathouse.

[17.07] Locked Diner

Wrestle with the locked door (Advanced) before cooking up a recipe or two.

[17.08] Pedestrian Walkway (Waterfront)

  • Armaments and Ammo
  • Faction: Raiders

This L-shaped raised walkway allows you to enter the Theater District and the northwest side of the Harbormaster Hotel and gain a tactical height advantage on any foes below.

[17.09] WATERFRONT CABIN

At the end of the wharf, a small boy named Donny is gazing out into the harbor, sure he’s seen a monster poking its eye stalk out of the water. Perhaps you can humor him?

[17.10] Scrap Metal Barge

Moored close to the “sea monster” is a rusting barge carrying scrap metal. Check inside for the remains of the crew and a safe to pry open (Expert).

[17.11] Desolate Promenade

  • Faction: Radscorpions

A series of once-quaint wooden stores line the waterfront. Irradiated wildlife prowls the alleyways adjacent to the Theater District. This location is now famous; it has the most difficult-to-reach cooler in all of Boston!
