Vault 88 Jumpsuit
Vault 88 jumpsuits can be collected from a trunk near the Vault 88 entrance hatch. You’ll need at least one of these apparel items to progress Vault-Tec Quest: Power to the People. Those looking to outfit an entire settlement should note that additional jumpsuits periodically appear in the supply chest.
Pip-Boy (Vault 88)
Like the new jumpsuits, Pip-Boys can be collected from a trunk near the Vault 88 entrance hatch; they can also be found in some of the nearby “Pip-Boy” containers. At least one of these items must be used to progress Vault-Tec Quest: Power to the People, but new Pip-Boys periodically appear in the related containers.
These items can only be used by settlers and (most) humanoid companions. Generally, a Vault 88 Pip-Boy is equipped the moment it’s placed in in your target’s inventory.
Vault-Tec Control Board
Essentially keys, these quest-related items are required to unlock the Workshops scattered throughout Vault 88. Control boards are single-use items, and each one corresponds to a specific Workshop.
