This large granite monument was erected to commemorate the Battle of Bunker Hill, which was the first main confrontation with the British back in 1775 during the American Revolutionary War. Today it serves as a reasonably well-defended settlement. The Railroad currently uses it as a pickup point for escaped synths, who are met and hidden by a local sympathizer until a Railroad agent can take them to safety.

This location has a workshop and can be converted into a settlement, but only after the Faction Quest: The Battle of Bunker Hill has been completed.

[01] Entrance and Obelisk

This imposing landmark was erected between 1827 and 1843 using granite from quarries in Quincy.

[02] Kay the Doctor

The workshop for this settlement is here, along with Deb’s sleeping area and Kay the veterinarian.

[03] Kessler’s Shack

The leader of Bunker Hill sleeps here. Her terminal makes interesting reading.

[04] Brahmin Pen and Crops

A couple of Brahmin and a crop of corn.

[05] Savoldi’s Rest Stop

Order drinks, catch up on gossip, and rent a room for the night. Old Man Stockton is here.

[06] Bunker Hill Market

Deb runs the market from her stall in the remains of an old lodge (she has several unique items to sell), and caravans are sometimes found here. A trapdoor leads to the utility basement, which is inaccessible unless the Institute Quest is active.

[07] The Latrines

The stench can sometimes be overpowering.

[08–10] Caravan Shacks

Mattresses for caravan guards and tinkerers traveling here from parts both far and wide.

This interior location is only accessible during the specified Institute Quest. Don’t forget to grab the Mini Nuke as you work your way through the fracas!
