A Familiar Threat
This quest has the following prerequisites: You must have completed Acadia Quests: The Arrival and you can not be a member of the Institute.
It seems that an Institute Courser has appeared on the Island and the news has some of Acadia’s residents more than a little worried. Dejen isn’t entirely comfortable turning to outsiders for help, but he’d like you to deal with this development right away.
If you decide to help, travel to the indicated location and eliminate the marked Courser. After completing the task, return to Acadia and report back to Dejen. Impressed with your accomplishment, Dejen offers a permanent discount on all the goods in his shop. Your willingness to protect Acadia might also convince Dejen to tell you about his past during subsequent conversations.
