This small Raider camp is in the northwest corner of the Fens. Approach from the west (heading east) to reach the locked main entrance (Novice). Approach from the northeast to access the chained door (which has an exit through the blown-out apartment building) and the other entrance (Novice). Beware of Super Mutants in the apartments to the east of here.
Inside this compact killing zone are multiple Raider threats. Clear the area and search for a steamer trunk (Advanced), chems near a weapons workbench, and most importantly a workshop. This allows you to rebuild this possible settlement, which is unique because there are very few in urban areas.
