Overview

You can work with this clandestine faction after you find the clues leading to the Railroad’s hidden hideout and complete Road to Freedom. You can continue Railroad missions for as long as you want. However, be aware that your relationships with the other main factions—the Brotherhood of Steel, the Institute, (though not the Minutemen)—may be negatively affected the more Railroad quests you complete. It seems war never changes.
