It has come to our attention that the vault dweller’s continued well-being outside in the Commonwealth is dependent upon working on a variety of tasks. Some are simple activities designed to make friends, win favor, improve combat, seek an interesting item or two, or to stave off the feeling of hopelessness and dread you may be experiencing. Others are complex, multistage explorations that may lead to difficult decisions that you cannot take back and that change the Commonwealth forever.
At this time, you may be feeling overwhelmed. Don’t worry; this is perfectly natural. Please consult your vault doctor for the correct dosage of chems to ease this anxiety.
The vast array of quests available show up in the Data > Quests menu of your Pip-Boy. RobCo Industries is proud to show a list of all activities you can undertake. On the left side of the Quests screen are the names of your quests. On the right side of the screen is a brief description of the objective you have reached in the highlighted quest, and underneath is the objective itself.
If a quest doesn’t have a name, it is noted as “miscellaneous.” These are one or more objectives and aren’t usually related to each other. Some of these may lead to quests. Others may lead to more straightforward, smaller victories. Or traps.
