Claiming the Commonwealth

  1. Establish Raider Outposts to Unlock Stores
  2. Establish Raider Outposts to Unlock Tribute Chests

Receive this quest automatically once Main Quest: Home Sweet Home has been concluded. This is an overview quest, which gradually becomes complete as you finish up other Radiant Quests that are more specific. Simply claim more Commonwealth Settlements as Raider Outposts, and build them up in a similar manner to those in the Commonwealth, while catering to the Raiders’ needs (they don’t like to farm, so feeder Settlements must be claimed from nearby Settlements over time). With Wasteland Warlord Rank 3, you can create Tribute chests and gather the contents periodically to bolster your inventory.
