Wiping Out the L&L Gang
Once you complete Railroad Quest: The Nuclear Option, speak with Desdemona. With the Institute out of the picture, the synth-hating L&L Gang is the greatest single threat remaining to the Railroad. Go to the indicated (random) location. Seek and destroy the tagged target. In this case, it is a Raider boss named Lucky Tatum. Other enemies are optional kills.
Exit the area, and report in at Railroad HQ. You are rewarded. Check in again with Desdemona as the five other Raider bosses from the L&L Gang are located. This quest then repeats five more times. On the sixth (and last) time, you finish off the gang for good.
