Expect heavy fire and punching power from a group of Gunners led by the Power Armor–clad Tessa. Inside the building is a book return terminal and another terminal where you can take Baker’s Holotape for Tessa. Expect ammo and a series of precarious ramps across Quincy Ruins if you venture upstairs. Look for the door down into the lockup. Inside is a Protectron and a terminal you can use to unlock all the cell doors, including the locked one (Expert), and read up on Eddie Winter. Another of Eddie Winter’s Holotapes is on one of the lockers.
