This repeatable quest is given by Ada or Isabel (depending on how you chose to deal with the Mechanist) after you take control of The Mechanist’s Lair. An unknown number of the Mechanist’s minions are still wandering around the Commonwealth and it falls on you to deal with these threats as they’re identified.
Head to the indicated (random) location and eliminate all marked targets. In addition to a standard XP reward, your success yields whatever items you can salvage from your vanquished foes. To repeat the quest, return to Ada/Isabel and ask about any new targets that have appeared.
