Go through the tunnel from Sunken Cavern to the exit in the northeast corner of Exodus Black, near the Fallen base. Head back to Failsafe, and speak to her. She’s ecstatic that you found all the pieces of the keyphrase code. The contents of the weapons locker are yours, and this quest concludes.
