Description
- The Cabal often struggle to use a single technology to power everything in their arsenal. Take advantage of that design flaw to send them a message.
After you start the Adventure, move to the objective marker, clear out any nearby enemies, and retrieve a power core from the flaming wreckage.
With the power core in hand, follow the waypoint up the nearby hill, and sabotage the indicated supplies. This location tends to feature a heavy Cabal presence, so be prepared to defend yourself. Remember that you can use the power core as a melee weapon. If that’s not getting the job done, switch weapons to drop the core in favor of a little extra firepower.
After you sabotage the Cabal device, your next objective takes you to Firebase Hades. Follow the marker to find a group of Maintenance Guards going about their duties. One of these Cabal units carries a maintenance access code. Defeat the guards, recover the code, and move out to initiate the maintenance cycle. Follow the objective marker to find a large device overlooking the dish. Use the access codes to start the maintenance cycle, then follow the marker to the dish’s central platform.
To complete this Adventure, you must sabotage a total of three dish components. The dish’s central platform is surrounded by a white ring. Stay inside the marked area to power up the nearby access panels. You can expect a significant Cabal response, so be prepared to defend yourself.
Use the central platform and the surrounding ramps for cover. Be particularly mindful of any long-range attackers stationed in the nearby towers. You’re free to leave the ring at any time, but remember that power generation will halt until you return. When fully charged, the access panels rise out of the ground. Move to the objective marker, and collect a power core from the indicated panel.
With a power core in hand, follow the objective marker to find a vulnerable dish component. Place the core in the opening to sabotage the device, then head back to the central platform to repeat the process.
As you go about your work, Cabal units arrive more frequently and in greater numbers, making crowd control your priority. Use splash damage and roaming Super Abilities to even the odds. Back off and regroup if you’re in danger of being overwhelmed—just know that the longer you take to charge the access panels, the more enemies will arrive.
Sabotage all three dish components to complete the Adventure and claim our reward.
