Your equipped armor determines how fast you move, how much damage you can survive, and how quickly you recover lost health. Finding the proper balance of Mobility, Resilience, and Recovery isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely important.
During your adventures, you’ll encounter a wide variety of armor pieces. Although you’ll find a few one-off pieces, most of the items you collect will belong to various armor sets. At lower levels, your choices are fairly limited.
However, as you gain Experience and Power, you’ll come to rely on armor that provides noticeable benefits and a bit of customization.
The armor sets in this section are separated by Class, and arranged in the order you’re most likely to encounter them. As with the weapons, likely sources are listed. Make sure you check out the Exotic armor pieces available to your class. They’re hard to come by, and you can only equip one Exotic armor piece at a time, but a lucky find can have dramatic effects.
