This chamber is only accessible if you’re exploring the tunnel system beneath Exodus Black that runs to Sunken Cavern Sector. Mid-way through the tunnel is a small Vex-guarded cavern with a portal on a ledge. Step into the portal to appear here. This is a giant cavern, with elements of nature and Vex melded together. The initial part of the cavern has a rocky feel, whereas the far cavern has the block-like architecture you’d expect from the Vex. As expected, the Vex are out in force here (especially sniping Hobgoblins), so clear this Sector by finding the scannable object and teleporting back to the entrance tunnel. This chamber is also accessed during Adventure: Assault of the Black.

Portal to Exodus Black
A natural rock tunnel leads to and from the only access point: a portal that brings you back into the Exodus Black tunnel (which is reached either via the northeastern crag entrance or the Sunken Cavern).
Rock Plateau Cavern
The larger of the two caverns, with elements of Vex block architecture that blend with flat plateau sections. Engage the enemy here as you push inward to the Vex Pillar Cavern.
Vex Pillar Cavern
A slightly narrower and lower section of pillars, where you and Vex forces play a game of hide and seek. Note the scannable object in the vicinity.
Teleport
The dead end here means you can either retrace your steps or use the teleport to reach the initial ledge area close to the exit tunnel.
