Strike: The Arms Dealer
Usually Inaccessible
The entirety of Echion Vae is inaccessible unless you’re completing the Strike. This is a large-scale loading dock, complete with a small army of Cabal forces led by the ferocious Legionary Boss Valus Zahn. You enter the area via a door on the western side of Legion’s Hold, at the circular lift. Once you’re through the loading dock, there’s a huge winch platform elevator that ascends to a superstructure cargo deck, where the final part of this insane Strike takes place. Note that the enemies are not listed here; consult the Strike for the Cabal you’re set to face.

Corridor from Legion’s Hold (Inaccessible)
This location is inaccessible unless the Strike is active. Enter this corridor from the west side of Legion’s Hold (via the circular elevated lift where you face Valus Zahn).
Loading Dock (Inaccessible)
This location is inaccessible unless the Strike is active. There is a lengthy battle here as you cross over two platforms to the huge platform elevator.
Platform Elevator (Inaccessible)
This location is inaccessible unless the Strike is active. Ride this elevator up once you’ve defeated all of the foes.
Superstructure Cargo Deck (Inaccessible)
This location is inaccessible unless the Strike is active. The culmination of the Strike concludes on this exterior deck.

Are you ready to deal death to dozens of Cabal forces? This fight takes you all the way from Legion’s Anchor, through Sunken Isles and Legion’s Hold, and into Echion Vae to defeat the Legionary (and legendary) Cabal boss Valus Zahn.
