Infinite Forest
You’ve entered a mysterious area with floating platforms. Carefully jump from platform to platform, making your way to the end, where you reach a crevice like opening.
Move through the opening into what appears to be a Vex Well. Ascend the staircases and jutting platforms. Sagira informs you that you’ll meet duplicates of Osiris here his Reflextions. Keep climbing.
At the top you find a Vex platform. Stand on it to activate's it. It activate’s a Vex security node, which you should shoot to activate a conduit. Osiris’s Reflections inform you that it is almost too late. A path materializes allowing you to keep moving up through another passage. Moving into an open area, Osiris’s Reflection introduces the player to the Infinite Forest with a trial by fire.
Move through the Infinite Forest as methodically or as quickly as you please. You may bypass some areas if you find a blue gate. If it’s a red gate, you will need to defeat a Daemon before it can be opened. Once you’ve made it through, one of Osiris's Reflections shows you Mercury as it was in the past, before the Vex arrived. He’ll open a new gate, which you should move through.
The Reflection sends you back into the Infinite Forest. Reach the next gateway where, at the other end of the Reflextion Osiris reveals the dark future created by Panoptes, Infinite Mind–the Vex Mind created to use the Forest to calculate the destruction of Humanity. Panoptes introduces itself along with invincible Vex. They aren't very welcoming, so make a hasty retreat. Use the portal before Panoptes or the way you came from. Head back to the Lighthouse where you'll regain contact with Ikora.
