Enter the Tower North area, where an angry Ikora lays waste to a group of Legionaries before revealing some startling news about the Speaker. She leaps atop a Cabal Thresher ship, forcing you into the boulevard area. A drop pod lands ahead of you. Lob in a grenade, or quickly tag the heads of the three Legionaries appearing.

The boulevard doors open, revealing a new threat: the Incendior—a Cabal shock trooper armed with a flame-thrower. Back up, drop him in a fiery explosion by aiming at his fuel tanks, and repeat this tactic to take down two more Incendiors and a cluster of Legionaries. Enemies may have different weak-spots where precision hits and kills can be administered.
The action ends at a large tiled plaza balcony with a burning tree, a couple of Legionaries, an Incendior, and a Centurion. Tackle the Incendior before you reach the open door into this area.
Only the Centurion should give you pause. Either use the Energy Sidearm you gathered to whittle down the foe’s shield, or use your recharged Super attack to demolish him, along with a grenade. Then, board Holliday’s ship.
