Find and Activate Field Comms Terminal
Eos: Near Site 2: Resilience
Find the small work outpost (parked trucks and scattered equipment) near Four Giants southeast of Site 2: Resilience. Defeat the kett and wildlife in the camp. Scan the PackRack and then look behind it for a small field comms terminal (1). Interact with it to find the “Work Detail: Outpost Survey Beacons” report. When the report comes into view, select it. You’ve found a survey job started by Initiative technician Eric Camber. He was apparently interrupted by kett and may have died. Completing his beacon run will help make Eos more viable.
Place Beacons
Beacon 1
This beacon is the nearest to the comms terminal where you started the mission. Climb the boulders in the little island of rock spires to find the exact location for setting up the beacon (2).
Beacon 2
Place this beacon (3) in the east hills of Eos near the Gravity Well where you find the side quest “Ghost of Promise.”
Beacon 3
Place this beacon (4) on the mountaintop west of the lake at Site 2: Resilience. To reach the desired location, you may have to defeat a small squad of kett camped out at the same spot. Expect a Chosen, Anointed, and two Destined.
Beacon 4
Find this beacon (5) up high on the ledge overlooking the large lake on south Eos. Activate it.
Beacon 5
Find this beacon (6) on a plateau due south of the kett base. Defeat the Remnant bots around the Remnant pillars, then activate the survey beacon.
