You likely see the dock manager (1) in the docks when you return from Kadara. When you talk to the reporter, Keri, in “Path of a Hero,” you see this guy just behind her. Talk to him, and he speaks of unreleased supplies missing and possibly going to the exiles. You must search around the Nexus and Hyperion for them.
Search the Commons
Don’t leave the commons; instead, head for the navpoint indicating a crate (2) near the stairs to the second level in front of the Vortex. Scanning the stolen supplies alerts the dock manager. Take the tram (3) to the habitation deck.
Search the Hyperion Habitation Deck
Follow the navpoint to into the first room you reach after leaving the stairwell from the tram. Look in the right corner as you enter. Scan the crate (4) to send the info to the dock manager. Take the tram to the cryobay.
Search the Hyperion Cryobay
Exit the tram, head down the stairs, and find the last crate in a corner on your right. Scan the crate (5) to complete the quest.
