Tempest
Read Peebee’s “Got a Lead” email. In it, she says Poc has been stolen and must be recovered. She asks you to meet her at the bar at Kadara Port.
Meet Peebee in the Kadara Bar

Find Peebee (1) sitting at a table in the very back corner of Kralla’s Song. She introduces you to Samrick, some guy who’s sympathetic about Poc being stolen. He used to work for Kalinda and knows where her crews gather. You press and get a navpoint to where Poc is located on Elaaden.
Go to the Location on Elaaden
Elaaden
You land on Elaaden either at the Paradise (2) or the Elaaden outpost (3), if you’ve built one. The navpoint directs you to the large sinkhole in the southwest (4).
Search the Site
You find a small barracks with the floaty things above it. Enter to find Poc on a bed, unresponsive. Talk to the scavenger inside.
Talk to the Scavenger
The scavenger claims he found Poc in that condition and sells him to you. Buy the broken Observer. You can also ask him about the asari Kalinda. He denies knowing her, but it’s obvious that he does. He has no more information. Leave with Poc.
Speak to Peebee on the Tempest
Getting Poc back allows Peebee to finish her Remnant scanner.
