Scan the Scavengers’ Bodies
Elaaden
Infected scavenger corpses are randomly located at any of the Outlaw camps that we’ve marked on our map with dots. When you scan the first one, SAM comments that the Outlaw died from a highly infectious disease. When you scan the third corpse, SAM comments that the disease was transmitted through ingestion of animal tissue. The source is given in the form of a navpoint.
Search for the Radiation Source
SAM traces the source (1) of the scavenger disease to a single location. Decontaminating the source will prevent the disease from spreading to other colonists. The source is located at the north monolith.
Make the Radioactive Canister Inert
Find the broken containment canister on the east side of the northern monolith, next to some boulders that form a ledge near one of the monolith pillars. Hack the canister to stop the spread of the disease and to complete the quest.
