Liam has asked you to rubber-stamp a jump-jet mod and then travel with him to a special spot on Eos. All he’s said is that it’s something for the two of you. Access the Development interface at the research station, find the Special category, and develop the Lover’s-Leap mod.
Go with Liam to the Navpoint on Eos

Travel to Eos with Liam in your party. Follow the navpoint to the top of the rock arch (1) near Prodromos and take the Lover’s-Leap with Liam.
