Prerequisite Conditions
To unlock Cora’s Loyalty Mission, you must have completed the vault on Eos and traveled to Aya (Onaon system) at least once. Talk to Cora aboard the Tempest.
Read Email from Cora
When you return to the Tempest from the Aya hub (and meet all the prerequisites for unlocking this mission), check your email and read the one from Cora labeled, “Asari refugees!” She ends the email requesting to speak with you.
Speak with Cora on the Tempest
Tempest: Cora’s Room
When you first talk to Cora (1) in her room on the Tempest—after returning from Eos, having discovered the asari escape pod—she tells you there was news that asari refugees showed up at Prodromos. Hydaria oversees this group. Tell Cora, “We should speak to her.” Cora wants to tag along when you go.
Take Cora to Speak with Hydaria on Eos
Eos: Prodromos
If you forget to take Cora with you the next time you go to Prodromos, use the forward station to choose her from the loadout menu. With that done, enter the second building (2) behind the parked Tempest to speak to Hydaria. Cora tells her she’s looking for asari ark survivors. Hydaria says they were attacked by elite kett hunters. Apparently Sarissa gave the evacuation order, and if you find the ship that escaped, the crew can tell you where to find the ark. Trace the transponder to find the escaped ship, the Periphona.
Track the Periphona’s Signal from Voeld

Travel to Voeld, and along your travels in the Nomad, set the mission selection and follow the navpoint to the top of a mountain (3).
Find the Periphona
When you drive close to the navpoint (3) on a snow-covered mountaintop, SAM says the ice or mineral deposits may be reflecting a false positive and that the real signal must be close. There’s no sign of the Periphona here. Move on.
Find the Source of the Periphona’s Signal
Head to the east side of Voeld and approach the navpoint to the source of the Periphona’s signal (4), which SAM confirms. Your teammate comments that it’s just wreckage. Kett surround the wreck. Park at a distance and take them out with ranged weapons.
Find the Periphona’s Transponder
When the kett threat has been eliminated, investigate the wreckage and begin scanning the various debris scattered about. After you scan a few debris items, the navpoint centers on the transponder. Scan the transponder and interact with it. The find confirms that the wreckage is from the Periphona. The audio states that if the ark finds this recording, then “they failed and the data copy is lost.” SAM lends assistance to find the ark using the transponder. You earn 29 AVP for this discovery.
