Talk to Merixus (1) at the Aya shuttle dock after establishing an outpost on Eos. He wants Quilloa seeds.
Acquire Quilloa Seeds on Aya
Head to the market to visit the agricultural scientist (2) on the walkway facing one of the planters. Buy Quilloa seeds from his special inventory for 250 credits.
Deliver the Quilloa Seeds to Merixus
Return to Merixus (1) at the shuttle and give him the seeds.
