When Drack is with you, he—being a krogan and all—can help you make it past the main-entry gate guards (1) on the south side of the krogan colony, New Tuchanka. If Drack is not with you, he’ll meet you at the door to talk the guards into letting you in. That’s the benefit of having a krogan friend like Drack.
Once you’re through the main gate, head left and talk to the krogan geneticist (2) behind the counter. She tells you that a terminal holding important krogan research from the famous Dr. Okeer was accidentally sold to a junker. Dr. Ganar doesn’t need the terminal but insists that the data is important to the future of the krogan species. Agree to help, and he gives you the navpoint, the name of the scavenger he accidently sold it to, and the terminal identification.

Languish
West of the Languish Forward Station is a gully where a research shelter sits in the middle of nowhere. Follow the navpoint (3) to this shelter and exit the Nomad.
Hack the Terminal
Use the many ammo and health supply crates around the shelter before you activate the terminal. You can guess there’s going to be quite a battle here with that much ammo lying around. You guessed right. Once you’re healthy and armed to the teeth, hack the terminal to retrieve and download the research.
You’re given 2:29 to hack the terminal. The longer you remain in the lit target zone around the terminal, the sooner the hack completes. Leave the target zone, and the hack goes on hold. One dropship flies into the area and drops four Raiders. Defeat them from cover within the hacking zone, and another dropship arrives shortly after and drops more Raiders on the opposite side of the platform. This continues until the hack is complete or you defeat four dropship-loads of Raiders. Resupply ammo and health between dropship arrivals. When the hack is finished, you acquire the research you came for.
Return the Research to Dr. Ganar
New Tuchanka
Next time you’re back at the krogan colony, stop by and see the krogan geneticist to return the research. He can now continue Dr. Okeer’s work.
