Trade vendors are found on the Nexus and other trade centers, offering useful supplies purchased with the Milky Way’s standard currency. Vendors also liquidate your Heleus salvage, giving you usable credits in exchange for alien equipment collected throughout Andromeda. The most convenient vendor for selling salvage is located in the research room of the Tempest, called the Buy/Sell Kiosk next to the Research Center interface. This kiosk also offers valuable consumables, such as cryo ammo.
Vendors also sell valuable mining and research materials for crafting to alleviate some of the time-consuming mining and material gathering required to develop equipment. The General Merchant on the Nexus and the Materials Merchant on Aya (when accessible) both offer a vast supply of materials, including rare ones like element zero.
Weapons, armor, and mods sold by vendors scale with level, with the prices adjusting accordingly. The higher your level, the better the gear you can purchase. For instance, at level 70, vendors sell “X”-rank items—the highest tier of equipment rank.
