Interact with the Strike Team Missions interface or speak to Lieutenant Sajax after Phase 2 of the Nexus. They’re both located in the militia office (1) in operations. Sajax needs assistance getting APEX up and running effectively. APEX strike teams are used to protect the settlements you put in place.
